    Your Google listing, or just the name and the town. That's genuinely all I need, because everything else is already public.

    I build it

    A real website, built around your own photos and your own reviews. Not a template with your name dropped in. Usually a day or two.

    You look at it

    I email you a link. You click it and there's your site, finished. Nothing to imagine and nothing to pay to see it.

    Then you decide

    If you want it, we sort the details and put it live on your own address. If you don't, tell me and that's the end of it. No hard feelings and no follow-up.

The bit everyone asks about

Why would you build it for free? Because explaining what I'd make you is a waste of both our time when I can just make it. Most people say no, and that's fine. The ones who say yes have already seen exactly what they're getting.

What does it cost if I keep it? £899 one-off to build it and put it live, then £69 a month for hosting, your domain, security and any changes you need doing. You only get to that conversation after you've seen the site, and you can walk away at that point having lost nothing. Here's exactly what happens if you say yes.
